• Fill out the short questionnaire – Takes 3 minutes or less.
• Spread the word – Share the link, recommend others, and help us reach more thoughtful voices.

2. What is the goal of Investing in Kindness?
This project explores how kindness shows up in leadership, business, and investment. Through interviews, research, and shared insights, we examine how values influence innovation, retention, decision-making, and financial performance.
3. Will my interview be published?
Some interviews are turned into individual blog features. If yours is selected:
• You will receive a draft for review
• You can make edits, remove details, or decline publication
• You may request anonymity or choose not to have your blog published at all
Nothing is shared without your review and consent.
4. What will the Investing in Kindness project lead to?
Some interviews will be turned into blog posts and shared on this site. Insights may also inform:
• A book or report highlighting what we learn
• A values-driven investment framework to guide founders and funders
5. Who should be interviewed?
We are looking for a diverse, global mix of thoughtful voices, including:
• Founders and funders
• Executives, team leaders, and managers
• Educators, students, creatives, and public sector professionals
• Anyone with a meaningful perspective on kindness, leadership, and impact
6. How are interviews conducted?
All interviews are held remotely via Zoom and typically last 30 minutes. Some conversations may go longer, so a small buffer is helpful if you have more to share.

Yes. Interviews are recorded on Zoom—for research and accuracy.
